Once you checkout online,  your order is automatically processed to ensure you have the fastest delivery time possible. Unfortunately, this also means that your order cannot be changed once placed. If you need to add a new shipping address, at the time of checkout, you have the ability to add in your new shipping address. For any other changes, please email the information you would like updated to customerservice@aviateinc.com and we will take care of it ASAP!

Once an order ships, we update you by email with a notice of shipment along with a tracking number as appropriate. When logged in, you can view all of your orders that you've placed in the lower right portion of your home page. Click on the order in question, and you'll be able to see the status of your order. Once you have logged in to your account, go to the "Reports" tab and select "Payment Report". From here, select a date range and click "Submit". This will download an excel sheet for your review.
